When you send a request to help with a ticket, it's completely free. The $10 platform fee is only deducted from your FixlyDesk balance when the client actively accepts your request. If they don't accept, you pay nothing.

From your tech dashboard, you can add funds to your FixlyDesk balance in $10 increments.
