Verified IT professionals in your area browse open tickets and send a request to help. You pay nothing at this stage — techs don't have their balance deducted until you accept their request. No commitment required.

You Choose Your Tech

Review each tech's profile, tier badge, ratings, reviews, services, and credentials before deciding. Accept the tech you trust most. Once accepted, a $10 platform fee is deducted from the tech's balance and a chat thread opens between you both.

Agree, Work, Resolve

You and your tech discuss scope, timeline, and pricing directly in the ticket chat. There are no hidden fees or platform markups on service costs — you negotiate everything directly. Once resolved, leave a review to help future clients.
