Verified IT professionals in your area browse open tickets and send a request to help — often with an upfront cost estimate included, so you know roughly what to expect before you decide. You pay nothing at this stage — techs don't have their balance deducted until you accept their request. No commitment required.

You Choose Your Tech

Review each tech's profile, tier badge, ratings, reviews, services, credentials, and any cost estimate they've provided before deciding. Accept the tech you trust most. Once accepted, a $10 platform fee is deducted from the tech's balance and a chat thread opens between you both.
